Terms and Conditions – Mudrah Luxe

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Mudrahluxe Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17453753, with its registered office at 61 Hyde Park Street, Gateshead, NE8 4QB, United Kingdom. We trade as Mudrah Luxe. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Mudrahluxe Ltd.

2. These terms

By placing an order through this website you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time; the version in force is the one published here when you place your order.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

3. Placing an order

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

By placing an order you confirm that you are able to enter into a legally binding contract.

4. Products

We sell mobile phone accessories, including cases, cables, chargers and related items. Our products are not manufactured by, endorsed by, or affiliated with any phone manufacturer. Where a product is described as compatible with a particular device, that describes compatibility only.

Product images are for illustration. Actual colour may vary slightly depending on your screen.

If a product is materially not as described, you have the right to a refund under our Returns policy.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Payment is taken in full at the time you place your order.

We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we are not obliged to supply it at that price. We will contact you to ask whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel, and we will refund you in full if you cancel.

6. Your order

Your order is an offer to buy. We send an order acknowledgement email when you order; this confirms we have received your order, not that we have accepted it. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email.

We may be unable to accept an order, for example where an item is unavailable or where there is a problem with payment. If that happens we will let you know by email and refund any payment in full.

7. Delivery

Delivery terms and timescales are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page, which forms part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

8. Returns

Our 30-day returns policy and your statutory cancellation rights are set out on our Returns & Refunds page, which forms part of these terms.

9. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill.

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products.

We supply products for domestic and private use only. If you use a product for any commercial or business purpose, we have no liability to you for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.

10. Product safety and use

Use chargers and cables in accordance with the instructions supplied. Do not leave charging devices unattended for long periods or use damaged cables. If you believe a product is unsafe, stop using it and contact us at info@mudrahluxe.com.

11. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, layout and our logo, belongs to Mudrahluxe Ltd. You may not reproduce it commercially without our permission.

12. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password secure. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has accessed your account.

13. Events outside our control

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including postal or courier delays or supplier disruption. If such an event occurs we will contact you and either extend the delivery time or allow you to cancel for a full refund.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your own country’s courts.

15. Other terms

If a court finds part of these terms unlawful, the rest will continue to apply. If we do not insist that you perform any obligation, that does not mean we give up our right to do so later.

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation. We will tell you in writing if this happens and will ensure your rights are not affected.
