We ship to addresses across the United Kingdom.

We process orders 7 days a week, including weekends and bank holidays. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Delivery costs

Delivery is free on every order to the United Kingdom, whatever the value. There is no minimum spend and no delivery charge is added at checkout.

Tracking

Where tracking is available for your order, we will include it in your dispatch email.

Problems with your order

If your order has not arrived when you expected it, email info@mudrahluxe.com with your order number and we will look into it for you.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot redirect an order once it has been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will refund you in full.
