What happens after you order

  1. Order confirmedYou get a confirmation email straight away with your order number.
  2. Dispatched — within 7 business daysWe email you as soon as it leaves us, with the courier name and tracking number.
  3. In transit — 3 to 5 business daysTracking can take 24 to 48 hours to start updating after dispatch.
  4. DeliveredFrom order to door is typically 10 to 12 business days in total.
Can't find your order number? It is in your order confirmation email, and under My Account → Orders if you created an account at checkout. If tracking has not updated after 7 business days, email info@mudrahluxe.com or message us on WhatsApp and we will chase it for you.

We pack and send your order within 7 business days. Order to door is typically 10 to 12 business days.
